I am a singer, songwriter and guitarist in bASED IN park slope, brooklyn.

Thanks for visiting. This page is dedicated to music. But I don’t draw a line between my visual art and music, so I’m relieved to finally set up a page on my design site dedicated to music. For me, art is about connection, such as juxtaposition, overlapping systems, and intriguing natural interactions. For year’s, I played in a folk-jazz band called Turnpike, and you can listen to our music on Spotify and Apple Music. That amazing experience has propelled me into a new musical chapter, rich with collaboration and new material. Excited to share!

As a musician and neighbor of South Slope, Brooklyn, I feel so thankful for the warm embrace of our local music community. That is something I want to foster, and to that end, I’ve started a monthly music show called the Monday Makeshift, happening on the second Monday of every month at our beloved Young Ethel’s on 5th Ave in Brooklyn between 12th and 13th Street just down from the Brother’s Taco Truck. Their cocktails are super creative and I love the bartenders.

I’ll invite another performer up onto the stage to share their art with us each month. I’ll also play a few songs, and there will undoubtedly be surprise last-minute guests. Sign up to perform and/or attend below. ︎
